Hi, I’m Nancy.
I’m a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist with extensive experience supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, pelvic floor rehabilitation and post‑operative care.
Alongside my clinical work at Exeter Nuffield Hospital, I offer personalised assessment and rehabilitation designed to help women feel stronger, more confident and more supported in their recovery. My approach blends evidence‑based physiotherapy with hands‑on treatment and movement‑focused rehabilitation, drawing on Pilates, Yoga and hypopressives to restore strength, function, relaxation and confidence in everyday life.
I understand that pelvic health concerns can feel deeply personal and, at times, overwhelming. My aim is to create a calm, supportive and professional environment where women feel listened to, understood and guided at every stage of their recovery.
I offer a range of services including women’s pelvic health appointments, Mummy MOTs, studio‑based rehabilitation (1:1 and small classes), and therapeutic bodywork such as deep tissue release, scar therapy, acupuncture and relaxation massage.
Whether you are recovering after childbirth or surgery, managing pelvic floor symptoms, or returning to exercise after a period of change, treatment is always tailored to your goals and your pace.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me ferrying my 2 kids about to various clubs and activities, in the garden attempting to grows flowers and veg, out for a run or doing something crafty. I also love a sauna and a sea swim and I sing in a gospel choir.
