Pelvic Health

I provide specialist pelvic health assessments and Mummy MOT® appointments at my home studio or delivered directly to your home, offering expert support in a setting where you can feel relaxed and at ease.

With extensive experience in women’s pelvic health, I assess a wide range of concerns including symptoms of urinary incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and recovery following surgery or childbirth. I am also trained in scar massage and can offer personalised guidance on diastasis recti.

A Mummy MOT® is a comprehensive postnatal check designed to help you understand how your body is healing after birth — no matter what type of delivery you had. It involves an assessment of your posture and functional movement, checking your tummy gap (diastasis) and pelvic floor function if you wish. It is a valuable opportunity to address any concerns, gain clarity and reassurance, and set meaningful goals for returning to exercise, fitness, or simply feeling more like yourself again.

Studio Rehabilitation

Offering 1:1 sessions and small, physio‑led Pilates and yoga group classes designed to support you through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and post‑gynaecological surgery rehabilitation. These sessions focus on safe movement, rebuilding strength, improving mobility, and helping you feel confident in your body again.

I also provide a range of general Pilates and yoga classes, alongside individualised physiotherapy input, for anyone looking to improve their wellbeing, manage pain, or work towards specific fitness or recovery goals. Therapeutic bodywork

I offer hands‑on therapy to support general wellness, injury recovery, and both postpartum and post‑gynae surgery rehabilitation. My approach blends a range of effective techniques, including deep‑tissue massage, targeted stretching, acupuncture, myofascial release, and cupping therapy to help ease tension, improve mobility, and support healing. I also provide orthopaedic and caesarean‑scar therapy, using gentle, evidence‑informed methods to reduce tightness, improve tissue glide, and restore comfort and confidence in your body.
